Coaching women stop shrinking themselves and start showing up with confidence
Stepping into the Spotlight
For years, I believed confidence was something other people were born with.
Despite studying acting, appearing on stage and screen, and with years of experience regularly performing in comedy improv shows, I still dreaded speaking in front of groups. Before leading my first workshop, I barely slept for days. My heart raced, my hands shook, and every part of me wanted to run away.
That experience taught me something important.
Confidence isn't about being fearless. It's about feeling the fear and doing it anyway. Learning to trust yourself, even when you're uncomfortable, mostly when you are well outside your comfort zone! Which is what actors do all the time, I just needed to tap into that energy.
Today, I'm on a mission to help women stop paying what I call The Invisible Tax, the hidden cost of staying quiet, holding back, second-guessing themselves and shrinking to make other people comfortable.
Because that tax is expensive.
It steals opportunities, confidence, recognition and authentic connection.
I know this because I've paid it myself.
Through coaching, workshops and speaking, I help professionals, leaders and entrepreneurs communicate with confidence, speak with authenticity and build a presence that feels genuine rather than performative.
My approach combines coaching, communication psychology and performance techniques with practical strategies you can use immediately. Whether you're preparing for a keynote, leading a meeting, recording videos for your business or simply wanting to stop overthinking every conversation, my goal isn't to turn you into someone else.
It's to help you become more fully yourself.
Because I already know you're knowledgeable, capable and talented.
My job is to help you believe it too, and make sure everyone else can see it.
When you stop shrinking yourself, you don't just change how you communicate.
You change how you lead, how you connect and what's possible for your future.
And in doing that, you empower others to do the same.
